I could definitely see how a scooby doo game could be good, put it in unreal engine 4, make it a close over the shoulder game (like the arkham series), be able to play as the whole gang and switch characters whenever like GTA V style but just a quick switch, base the game around multiple mysteries to do like levels but around an hour and a half each mystery or base the game on one big mystery and come across more villains throughout the story.
