Dinner Sunday night at 7pm. There was a good sized crowd but still some tables available. We were offered a choice and took one on the sand to enjoy the last of the sunset. By the time the sun had fully set, we dicovered our mistake: we couldn't really see our food by the light of the 2 tea lights on our table. Live and learn. The food was excellent, tho.

We both had the same thing: White corn soup, served hot with a couple little deep-fried crab fritters in it to start. The corn taste was quite noticeable and very good. That was followed by the 'From the Sea' entree which is a seafood risotto with mussels, sea scallops, shrimp and a couple octopus tentacles, plus a little chorizo for flavor and some small pieces of various veggies. It was plentiful and wish I could have seen it better as I think it was very pretty on the plate.

For dessert we shared the 'Dark Cloud' (I think it was called), anyway a combo of espresso and chocolate crema plus espresso ice cream under dark crispy cookie crumbs. This was the most expensive meal we've eaten in PV; with tip it still came in under $100 U.S. For the 2 of us.
